Fun fact, Michael broke his head clean off his body before the shoot. Fortunately, the neck pillow was the perfect shape and size to hide the seam where we reattached his head to his dead body. This made it all the more easy to puppeteer his mouth for an ultimately lifeless performance! Exactly what the script called for ...rest in pee Mike.
